Wir haben unsere neue Wohnung komplett neu streichen lassen und die rohe Decke neu verputzen lassen. Alles hat zuverlässig und termingerecht geklappt. Gute Arbeit und sehr nette Ansprechperson danke.
We wanted to realize our new building with this company. Waited 4 months for quotes, up to 60% price increase over cost estimate on some items. At the first meeting with the architect and site management in Langenthal, the architect was absent! When we asked for a new offer, areas were corrected downwards so that the prices could again be kept up = scam! The site manager who was supposed to oversee our construction didn't even notice. After the masonry work, we then had to pull the rip cord. The execution plans were constantly being changed without our consent, room heights were reduced, garage door openings were wrong, etc. Customer requests were never at all interested! We have now realized our new Zuhsuse with Um und Bau GmbH, exactly according to our wishes, without horrendous architecture and site manager costs, one word still applies to this SME.
Unfortunately, the service was not satisfactory for small orders, which is a shame.
After the order was signed, it all went off Berg.
25 years of membership and a major renovation of an agricultural house. I always felt and still feel that I was in good hands. Very nice and down to earth employees. Very friendly information also from the administration (Egli).
